My diagnosis was not straightforward but Mr Whitehead was extremely tenacious over a period of eighteen months, carrying out tests and biopsies so that I could finally get the answers I needed in order to start treatment. At all times Mr Whitehead explained the various possibilities to me in an empathetic manner, and eventually it was the condition which he had originally suspected which was diagnosed. I very much appreciate his expertise and the care he has shown.
